It’s 2016. Lindsay is learning the ropes of flipping houses and needs some help. She asks someone to recommend a concrete subcontractor that she can have pour a slab for an addition on one of the houses she is working on. In walks Matthew, thinking he was showing up to bid just another concrete job. On the day he was finished with the work at Lindsay’s project and walked inside to collect his payment, he found Lindsay standing on the kitchen island, installing the pendant lights by herself. He has said that he knew right then and there that she was someone he wanted to get to know, and he knew she was probably a force to be reckoned with.

Fast forward to a year later, the two continue working together on various remodeling projects for various clients, and what began as a working friendship turned into banter and attraction that formed the couple they are today. In 2017, they became “official” and the rest is history.

These two have been building this life together over the last 9 years, and they are excited to see what the future holds for them, their loved ones and their future family.
